The official language for abstract submission and presentation is Turkish.
Abstracts must be submitted through the online system by the presenting author. The name of the presenting author must match the name of the participant who submits the abstract.
Abstracts submitted to the congress will be accepted only through the Online Abstract Submission System.
Abstract submissions sent by e-mail, fax, post, or any other means will not be accepted. Only submissions made through the Online Abstract Submission System will be considered.
In order for an abstract to be published in the Congress Abstract Book, registration of the presenting author is mandatory.
Participants will be able to monitor the entire abstract evaluation process through the Online Abstract Submission System by logging in with their registered e-mail address and password.
Abstracts submitted for oral and poster presentations should be prepared in a maximum of 350 words.
Abstracts may be submitted in one of the following categories: Original Research, Review, or Case Report.
Abstracts should include the following sections:
Introduction and Objective
Materials and Methods
Results
Conclusion
Abstracts must include a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 keywords.
The authors are solely responsible for the scientific content and legal implications of their abstracts.
The Scientific Committee will evaluate all submitted abstracts based on their scientific merit and suitability for inclusion in the congress scientific program.
The names of all authors must be entered in the order in which they appear on the abstract.
A maximum of four (4) figures, tables, and images may be included.
ABSTRACT ACCEPTANCE NOTIFICATION
All submitted abstracts will be reviewed through the Online Abstract Submission System. Authors will be notified of the evaluation results via e-mail sent to the registered e-mail address provided in the system.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR ORAL
The schedule, presentation duration, and presentation date for accepted oral abstracts will be announced following the completion of the abstract acceptance process.
To ensure effective communication throughout the abstract evaluation process, please make sure to provide your e-mail address and mobile phone number when registering in the Online Abstract Submission System. Abstracts submitted without valid contact information will not be considered for evaluation.

Authors may revise and update their abstracts through the Online Abstract Submission System until the abstract submission deadline. Requests for modifications submitted via e-mail will not be considered.
Abstracts that do not comply with the abstract preparation guidelines and the submission requirements will not be considered for evaluation.
